Manual Settings
Mail Server Username: username@domain-name.com [be sure to specify complete name and domain name]
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain-name.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.roundmountaingroup.com (server requires authentication) port 25 *
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
FTP Server Username: username@domain-name.com
FTP Server: ftp.domain-name.com
* Note: generally we recommend the use of your local ISP for outgoing SMTP mail service.
Mail On Server
We recommend that users download ALL email messages from the server at the time of connection. Do NOT check “leave mail on server” options in your
email client programs. Webmail users need to regularly cleanup email directories, since disk quotas for all users are in place. Users who have problems
with assigned disk quotas should contact support for assistance.
